Director of Utilization Review - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for management of interactions between
administration, physicians, multiple internal departments, review agents, and
third party case managers to assure that patient's treatment resources, goals,
processes and related issues are effectively communicated. Supervises UR staff
members in the performance of their duties. Must have Texas Licensure as an
LCDC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or RN with CARN Certification and a minimum of two (2)
years experience in chemical dependency treatment. A minimum of one year
supervisory experience and prior Utilization Review experience is also
required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Knowledge of and experience in basic computer operation along with basic typing
skills is also required. If in recovery, must have a minimum of one year
continuous sobriety.
Program Assistant - FT - Austin, TX
General Qualifications:
Assumes responsibility for Big Book and Twelve Step Study groups;
assists with Alumni activities; accomplishes follow-up telephone calls for
patients after discharge; assists with screening and inquiry calls; assists
with collecting urine samples for drug screens for patients; assists with
treatment services as needed and appropriate based on experience and
accomplishing training objectives. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Computer skills required. Excellent oral communication skills required. Must
have extensive knowledge of 12 Step programs and the recovery process.
Counselor Intern designation by Texas Department of State Health Services
(DSHS) - SASD preferred. If recovering, must have a minimum of one year of
continuous sobriety.
SCU/Detox Counselor - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position assumes primary responsibility for counseling those
patients housed in our special care unit and/or those members of the general
treatment population in crisis; including but not limited to individual and
group counseling. The applicant must have and one or more of the following: a
LCDC license, a Bachelor's degree or graduate degree in Human Services field
with CI status or LCDC.
Screening Specialist - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Responsible for all facets of the pre-screening process for admission
including gathering and assessing information to ensure appropriateness and
eligibility for the facility. Must assist in locating suitable treatment
resources when it is determined that an individual is not appropriate for
admission to La Hacienda. Must communicate professionally and effectively both
verbally and in written form with facility management, staff, and all outside
contacts. Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Texas licensure as an
LCDC, LPC, LMSW or RN with CARN certification is required. A minimum of two
years experience in chemical dependency treatment is required. Excellent verbal
and written communication skills and the ability to work with other departments
within the facility are required. Must be available to work on-call evening and
weekend rotation. If in recovery, must have a minimum of one year continuous
sobriety.
RN - PRN shifts only - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position is responsible for nursing care of all patients a
minimum of one year experience in general nursing and/or one year experience in
psychiatric/substance abuse nursing preferred. Must have current license in the
State of Texas. Must have current CPR certification.
LVN - PRN shifts only - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position provides skilled nursing care to patients including
medication administration under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse. One
year of general nursing and/or one year of psychiatric/ substance abuse nursing
experience preferred. Must have or attain CPR certification. Must be currently
licensed as a LVN by the Texas Board of Nursing. If recovering, must have a
minimum of one year of continuous sobriety. Must be able to walk across campus
multiple times during a shift as required. Must be able to sit, bend, stoop and
lift up to 20 pounds.
Patient Compliance Monitor - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position assists with milieu management under the direction of
the Clinical Services Administrator, Program Director(s) or designated
supervisor. Main focus will be accounting for patient attendance to program
activities. Also responsible for patient compliance with the program rules and
regulations. Applicant must have the ability to interact professionally with
patients. High School diploma or GED is required. Must have the ability to walk
across campus multiple times as required per shift. Must be able to sit, bend,
stand, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds.
Housekeeper - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
This position provides daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies
to assigned area of responsibility in accordance with standard cleaning
procedures. Maintains safe and sanitary environment. Utilizes and/or operates
vacuums, brooms, floor buffers, golf carts and other cleaning materials.
Utilizes cleaning products and chemicals appropriately. Moves furniture such as
tables and chairs. High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior cleaning
experience preferred. Must have a neat, clean appearance. Must be able to walk
across campus multiple times during a shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, sit,
stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
Dishwasher - FT - Hunt, TX
General Qualifications:
Prior food service experience preferred. This position requires the applicant
to work three 13.5 hour days (including weekends).
